2. What we do
HelloHiAi offers:
- AI-visibility (GEO) audits and optimization — measuring and improving how your business appears in AI search engines and assistants.
- Google Business Profile optimization and management — keeping your listing accurate, complete, and healthy.
- AI agent setup and automation consulting — practical AI systems that do real work. We do not build chatbots.
We work white-hat only. We do not create fake reviews, fake testimonials, or deceptive content of any kind.
3. The free audit
The free AI-visibility audit is a genuine sample of our work with no obligation. Requesting it does not create a subscription.
4. Plans and billing
- Starter — $99/month. Growth — $249/month.
- Annual billing — pay for 10 months, get 12 (annual price = 10× the monthly price).
- West Africa promo pricing — Starter $39/month, Growth $99/month, billed in USD.
- No setup fee.
All payments are processed by FastSpring, acting as merchant of record. Your payment details go to FastSpring, never to us. Subscriptions auto-renew each billing period until you cancel.
Price changes. If we change plan prices, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. The new price applies from your next renewal — never mid-cycle.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime through the FastSpring self-service portal ("Manage subscription"). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period; you keep full access until then. There are no cancellation fees.
6. What we promise — and what we don't
We promise professional effort and concrete deliverables: audits, monthly reports, GBP management, content and structured-data fixes, and scheduled strategy calls, as described on your plan.
We do not promise outcomes. We cannot guarantee search rankings, AI-engine citations, traffic, leads, or revenue — AI search engines are third-party systems we do not control. Any numbers on our site describe our work, not guaranteed results.
7. What we need from you
To do the work, you may need to give us accurate business information and access to your Google Business Profile and website. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you provide and for having the right to share it. Do not submit content you do not own or have permission to use.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use our services for anything unlawful, and do not ask us to do anything deceptive — including fake reviews or misleading business information. We may suspend service for violations.
9. Intellectual property
Everything on hellohiai.com — text, design, and code — belongs to HelloHiAi. Reports, audits, and deliverables we produce for you are yours to use for your business. Our methods, templates, and internal processes remain ours.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance by email or site notice. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA.
