1. Monthly plans
- Cancel anytime through the FastSpring self-service portal. No cancellation fees.
- No prorated refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep full access until the end of the paid period.
- 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases. If you are unhappy within 14 days of your first charge, email us and we will refund it in full.
2. Annual plans
- Full refund within 30 days of purchase or renewal — email us and we will refund the full annual charge.
- After 30 days, annual charges are non-refundable, but you can cancel auto-renewal anytime and keep access until the end of the paid year.
3. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method via FastSpring, typically within 5–10 business days. Note: FastSpring retains its processing fee on refunds, so the refunded amount is the plan price you paid.
4. Chargebacks
If something is wrong with a charge, please contact us first at [email protected] — we would rather fix it than fight a chargeback.
